Revel Cultural Scorecard
Revel Consulting was in the middle of a significant change. As part of ongoing organizational development, I had helped facilitate crucial discussions about where the org was, where it wanted to go, and what it would feel like getting there. Recognizing the need for clear data to inform those efforts, as well as a way to communicate directly with the people who would be directly responsible for both implementing the changes and delivering day-to-day, I created a cultural scorecard and launched a longitudinal study to measure the company’s efforts.

Company-wide understanding of current and soon-to-be states for the organization, lessening fear and increasing confidence
